INSPECTION AND MAINTENANCE

 

M.E.R. Industrial’s trained and experienced staff of field technicians is available for new project installations, conveyor belt maintenance contract work, and 24-hour emergency services. Our field personnel are made up of a team of working supervisors, millwrights, welders, mechanics, and mechanic’s assistants. M.E.R. Industrial crews are dispatched from Southeastern Pennsylvania and perform work in the entire Northeast Corridor.

 

M.E.R. Industrial’s service team can assist you in  preventative maintenance that would include maintaining conveyor system components such as drives, pulleys, idlers, chutes, belting and structure. We also perform belt splicing, bag house cleaning and bag replacement.
